Bruce Souders
Bruce Souders is an ohio state certified residential appraiser, FHA approved and approved by the franklin county probate court. Bruce has been in the appraisal field since 1987 and has experience in the appraisal of various types of properties, including; single family investment; 2-4 unit investment; REO; listing appraisals; relocation; foreclosure; conventional and FHA lending; probate, divorce, DEA, USDA and vacant land.
Bruce graduated from The Ohio State University with a dual major in Finance and Real Estate & Urban Development. Since graduation Bruce has taken numerous courses as continuing education from; The Appraisal Institute; Ohio Association of Realtors; Hondros College & McKissock Real Estate and Appraisal School.
